Making AI Work was founded by Helen Hall, a technology business leader with more than two decades of experience building, scaling and operating technology businesses. Her background spans sales leadership, operational transformation and commercial growth across complex B2B environments. Having founded and exited multiple businesses within the technology sector, her focus is now centred on helping organisations implement AI capability in a commercially accountable way, improving how revenue teams operate without introducing unnecessary complexity.
