The 555 Diagnostic
Two weeks. Every stage of your sales.
A structured examination of how your sales operation performs today, where AI would make a measurable difference, and where it wouldn't. You know exactly what you're getting before you pay for it.
- Two weeks, fixed price, £4,950. Nothing added later.
- Week one. We interview everyone who is available, usually the Managing Director, the Sales Manager, two or three salespeople, and Marketing if you have it.
- Week one. We take in all the sales and marketing data you hold, under a signed data agreement.
- Week two. We score all 25 stages and work out where the greatest room for improvement is, with a pound figure against each, as an estimate from your numbers.
- A written report with the scores, the findings and the working behind every figure, talked through with you in a results meeting.
- A plan with a guide price for each recommended build, fixed before you commit. Use it with us or without us.
It stands on its own. You keep the plan whatever you decide next.

An example plan
What £4,950 buys
Five pages from a finished plan, written for Kennet Ltd, a fictional engineering supplier with fourteen salespeople.
Same format, same depth, same kind of evidence as the plan you'd receive. Yours is built from your interviews and your CRM.
The price
£4,950 buys the diagnosis. What you do with it is up to you.
Two weeks, one fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. It isn't a deposit against a bigger project.
You keep the plan whatever you decide next: build with us, build it yourselves, or do nothing for now. Either way, you have a clear baseline to plan the year around.
All twelve pages, sent by email. We check your company first, so it goes to people who are seriously considering it.
Questions
What people ask before they start.
Our CRM is a mess. Is that a problem?
No. Most are. An untidy CRM tells us a lot, and the interviews fill in what the data can't. How much you can trust your CRM is one of the 25 stages we score.
What do the interviews cover?
How the sales team operates day to day, what gets in the way, and what work isn't getting done because people don't have the time, the information, the skills or the systems to do it. The salespeople's view matters as much as the Managing Director's. They usually know where the hours go.
What data do you ask for?
All the sales and marketing data you hold. That usually means 12 to 24 months of CRM history, order and invoice records, the proposals you sent, won and lost, sales team activity, management accounts for the same period, and a sales analysis by product, customer and supplier if you have one. If you don't have some of it, that's a finding in itself.
Do you need our logins?
No. We work from 12 to 24 months of CRM history and the other sales and marketing data you hold, sent under a signed data agreement.
Who reads our data?
Only our team, for this piece of work, under the data agreement. It's deleted 90 days after your Diagnostic is delivered unless you ask us to keep it for a build.
What if we do nothing afterwards?
That's your call, and the plan is still yours. You can use it to set your own priorities for the year.
If it's worth doing, we'll tell you. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
